Sacred Heart of Jesus
June is dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Except for this week, Moleben to the Sacred Heart of Jesus will be prayed every Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. during the month. The moleben will be prayed in both English and Ukrainian.
Due to the clergy retreat, Moleben this week will be prayed on Friday, June 7, at 6:00 p.m.
The Sacred Heart of Jesus is abundant in mercy and compassion.
Rosary of the Seven Sorrows
On the feast of the Agony of the Blessed Virgin Mary, June 8th, the Apostleship of Prayer will pray the Rosary of the Seven Sorrows of Mary before the 4 p.m. Divine Liturgy. We will begin at 3:15 p.m.
This rosary relfects the seven sorrows in Mary's life taken from scripture. It is prayed on a special rosary. Seven Sorrow Rosary beads will be available for those who wish to join in the prayers.
Apostleship of Prayer celebrated 100 years of service to the parish on June 1!
Thank you to everyone who came to celebrate with us on June 1. The Divine Liturgy was inspirational, and the dinner that followed included a delicious buffet, good fellowship, and a lot of fun.
Thank you to the Holy Name members who led us in the procession into the church and to all the friends and family who came.

Our parish has re-ignited a prayer chain for special intentions. Sponsored by the Apostleship of Prayer, please feel free to submit your special requests and volunteer as a member of the prayer chain. If you would like to be part of the Prayer Chain or have a prayer request, please contact:

Holy Days: 9 a.m. on the Feast Day; 6 p.m. Vigil the evening before the Feast.
May: Moleben to the Mother of God, 6 p.m. every Wednesday
June: Moleben to Christ the Lover of Mankind, 6 p.m. every Wednesday

Confessions: Confessions before and after Liturgies or by request.
Baptisms: Please contact the parish office before arranging the date.
Marriage: Call the parish at least 6 months in advance. Pre-marital counseling is mandatory.
Religious Education: Religious Education every Sunday at 10 am in the parish school. If you would like to register your children please contact Raymond Wihak.
Sacrament of the Sick: In case of emergency, call parish anytime.
Bulletin Deadline: Monday of every week.
Church Facilities: Any use of church facilities must be cleared in advance at the rectory.
Cemetery: The purchase of cemetery plots is a privilege reserved for parishioners. Please contact the rectory before any major improvements are undertaken.
